Our 120 Guest Tent Package provides the essential rentals you need for a comfortable outdoor event in one convenient package.

Our 20' × 60' White High Peak Frame Tent offers a clean, elegant look that works beautifully for weddings, graduations, birthday parties, family reunions, corporate events, community events and other outdoor gatherings.

120 Guest Tent Package Includes:

• 20' × 60' White High Peak Frame Tent
• 15 – 6ft Rectangle Tables
• 120 – Black Folding Chairs

Important Setup Information:
Tent installation and takedown are included. Tables and chairs are delivered with your rental; however, table and chair setup/arrangement is not included in the package price. If you would like our team to set up the tables and chairs, please add the applicable Setup Service to your order.

1-Day Tent Rental Details

Rental Duration:

• A 1-day tent rental includes professional setup either the day before your event or the day of your event by 2:00 PM, depending on our delivery schedule.
• Takedown will occur the following day or up to two days later, depending on our pickup schedule.

1-Day Weekend Tent Rental Details

• Setup: Tent setup is scheduled for either Friday afternoon or by 2:00 PM Saturday, depending on our delivery schedule.
• Takedown & Pickup: Takedown and pickup will occur the following Monday or Tuesday.

Additional Information

• Early Setup: If you require the tent to be installed earlier than our standard setup schedule, an additional rental day must be reserved.
• Same-Day Pickup: Same-day pickups must be completed before 8:00 PM. Pickups scheduled between 8:15 PM and 10:00 PM will incur an additional $75 fee.

Tent Setup Surface

Our High Peak Frame Tents can be professionally installed on grass, concrete, parking lots and certain other asphalt surfaces.

PLEASE NOTE: If the tent is installed on anything other than grass—including concrete, crush'n'run or other asphalt surfaces—an additional $200 setup fee applies for this tent size. Access to a water hose is also required.

During checkout, you will be asked to select your SETUP SURFACE. If your tent will be installed on concrete or another non-grass surface, the correct setup surface MUST be selected during checkout.

If Grass is selected and our crew arrives to find that the tent must be installed on concrete or another non-grass surface, additional fees will apply and setup may be delayed.
